- We ship with FedEx and USPS.
- Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
- Shipping rates are per item.
- We ship only within the Continental U.S.
Multiple items in one order will be shipped to one address.
If your order is damaged/unusable upon receipt contact us within 48 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include pictures and a description and we will respond as soon as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We are happy to refund or exchange any unopened product that is returned to us in good condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping is up to you, as we do not offer free return shipping.
